Q1: What’s kind of products you can supplier?

We can supplier are all kinds of bags, flags,key-chains, advertising items, promotional gifts, sport events supports etc.

Q2: How can I get some samples?
A: We are honored to offer you 1-2 existing samples, for free

Q3: How does your factories do regarding quality control?
A:The quality is depend on the price, we have thousands of products. we can promise that all the products have the same Quality, for we need to satisfy different customers requirements, someone needs high quality, some one needs low price.

Q4: What information should I let you know if I want to get a quotation?
We will offer you price referring to your detail request, please kindly inform us of the material, size, printing, closure, quantity and other requirements you prefer. If necessary, we can also give some advice for your reference.If you do not have detailed request in mind, it is fine too. We will quote with recommendation.

Q5: How many days will sample be finished? And how about the mass production?
Generally, 7-9days for samples making.
The lead time of mass production depend on quantity, production art, etc.
Usually, 25-35 days .

Q6: How do you ship the finished products?
-By sea.
-By air.
-By DHL, TNT, FEDEX, UPS, etc.

Q7:The shipping cost is too high, can you give me more cheaper？

If you find my shipping cost is high, pls let me know, I will recheck with other forwarders, then come back with the best price we can get.

Q8:Can you offer free shipping?

If order over 10000usd, we can reduce 30-50usd sample shipping cost.

Q9:How can I get a discount?

Bigger quantity, cheaper price

Q10: Why some suppliers can offer we very cheap price?

If he does need a dirty cheap price, I will tell them the following information first

1.Money talks

2.good price, good quality and fast delivery normally we can only have 1-2 of them

3. Our price will be in middle

1) Quality will always be a back stone support us to go further

2) We will prepare some run overs, and normally the qty will base on the products' characteristic and the factory level.
